We have implemented measures within the Hotel. Our top priority is the safety of our customers and our staff. We have implemented all barrier gestures and are following all the recommendations. We use VAPODIL to disinfect our entire establishment using dry saturated steam, which is called dry steam at 120 ° C and which has cleaning, degreasing, disinfecting, bactericidal and fungicidal properties.

1. What are you offering for the breakfast?

The Hotel de Paris *** Breakfast room welcomes you in a warm atmosphere in the light of day, with a view of the avenue du Maine in the heart of the Montparnasse district.

Begin the day quite smoothly around a copious breakfast served in the form of unlimited buffet from 6 h* till 11 am in the morning.

You will find coffee, decaffeinated, several varieties of tea, herb teas, milk, chocolate, orange fresh juice, fruit juice, various cereal, white bread and whole bread, fresh croissants and similar products from Master Parisian baker, madeleines, jams, soft and salty butters, yoghurts, ham, cheese, fresh fruits salad, compote …
We also propose gluten-free products.

We also provide you a take away breakfast for the train, the airport shuttles … to begin your morning the most pleasantly possible.

2. Early riser or Late riser, at what time may I have breakfast?

The self-service breakfast is proposed to you from 6:00 am at 11:00 am every day. For widened schedules, do not hesitate to inform you at the reception.

3. I did not book the breakfast. May I take him the D-Day?

On simple request with our hotelkeepers, reach breakfast room and take advantage of our delicious croissants and similar products, as beautiful as gourmands.

We have the 3 : The Quadruple Room, the Quadruple Room with Terrace and the Parental Suite.

The quadruple rooms are available in 3 configurations: - 2 beds of 160                             - 1 bed of 160 and 2 beds of 80                            - 4 beds of 80

The Parent Suite can be equipped as follows:      - 1 bed of 160 and 1 bed of 140                            - Or 1 bed of 140 and 2 beds of 80

For 5 people or more, depending on our availabilities, we can arrange to book rooms next to each other or on the same floor.

It depends on availability, to be seen when booking desk.

3. Do you have connecting rooms?

Yes, we have 2 adjoining rooms: the Parentale suite.

1. What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check in is at 15:00 and check out before 12:00.

Eager to get in earlier? Just ask at the front desk, or inform us before your arrival, and we'll do our best to find you a room that's ready. No guarantees—it depends on the last guests and our housekeeping schedule—but if we can't squeeze you in early, we'll be happy to hang on to your luggage in the meantime.

We keep your room until 6pm, unless you inform us about a later arrival.

You must arrive no later than 6 pm if your reservation has not been confirmed.

Check Out

1.What time, at the latest, should the check-out be carried out at the end of the stay?

At the end of the stay, you have leave your room at the latest at 12: 00. You can however stay and enjoy the facilities and we can offer you to keep your suitcase until you’re ready to go.

2. At what time should the room be vacated?

The day of your departure, you have your room until noon. We can keep your luggage in our luggage if you want to fully enjoy your last hours in Paris.

3. Can we make a late check-out (after 11am)?

Feel free to sleep in-check-out time is not until 12 noon.

Looking to stay a bit longer? Let us know and we'll try to keep the room available for you for a fee.Late checkouts are charged 50€ plus tax if you leave before 3pm ou 80€ until 6pm. There is no guarantee, but if you want to clear the room, we can always stash your suitcase somewhere else until you're ready to go.

No, for your comfort and safety, the hotel is entirely non-smoking. The fire alarm system detects smoke and fires.

Please follow our no-smoking rules—there's a 250€ fine per night for anyone lighting up inside the hotel.

We offer you a smoking area in our inner courtyard.

Tourist tax

What is the amount of the visitor's tax?

The city tax is extra 1.88 € per day and per person. It is not included in the room rates.

Children Stay and Policy

Until what age can children stay for free?

Maximum 2 children 12 years and under per room, stay and sharing room with parents (2 adults) stay free of charge. This measure may vary depending on the size of the room and local legislation.
Children up to 2 years have free breakfast. Discount on the regular price of breakfast for children aged from 3 to 11 years.

Children’s special room rates mentioned above cannot be combined with any special in the market

Services: Baby cots and high chairs must be requested at time of booking and is based on availability.

3. Comment être sûr(e) que ma réservation a bien été prise en compte ?

Grâce à votre confirmation de réservation que vous pouvez consulter sur votre boîte mail : Vous recevrez un mail de confirmation au maximum 12h après votre réservation sur l’adresse mail communiquée.

4. Donner le numéro de sa carte de crédit est-il nécessaire, voir obligatoire lors de ma réservation?

Nous ne pouvons enregistrer et garantir votre réservation sans la saisie de vos coordonnées bancaires.

5. Mon compte est-il débité automatiquement et immédiatement au moment de la réservation ou dois-je payer mon séjour à mon arrivée à l’hotel ou à mon départ ?

Il s’agit seulement d’une garantie de réservation, vous êtes donc débité à votre arrivée à l’hôtel.

Toutefois, afin de bénéficier du prix le plus bas, il se peut que nos tarifs soient payables à l’avance. Dans ce cas bien précis, votre carte bancaire sera débitée.

Paiements acceptés : espèces, chèques Vacances, American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Carte Bleue.

Pour les sociétés, nous mettons en place des conventions avec possibilité de paiement différé par chèque ou virement bancaire.

L'Hôtel de Paris *** se réserve le droit d'effectuer une pré autorisation de la carte de crédit avant la date d'arrivée.

Taxe de séjour par jour et par personne : 1.88 €

Les animaux de compagnie sont admis (avec un supplément).

En cas d'annulation ou de modification tardive ou de non-présentation, l'hôtel exige 100% du montant de la première nuit.

En cas d'annulation ou de modification jusqu'à 2 jours avant la date d'arrivée, l'hôtel se garde le droit de prélever jusqu'à 30% du montant.

Conditions générales

I - Tarifs

Les tarifs indiqués s'entendent par nuit. Les tarifs sont sujets à modification sans préavis.

Le petit-déjeuner est en supplément à 12€/personne/jour.

La Location des chambres est de midi à midi.

II - Garantie de réservation

Pour garantir votre réservation, nous vous demandons votre numéro de carte de crédit et sa date d'expiration.

Aucun montant ne sera prélevé lors de la réservation, le règlement s'effectue directement auprès de l'hôtel.

Merci de prévenir l'hôtel en cas d'arrivée après 19 h.

L'usage en hôtellerie veut que lors de l'arrivée, les chambres soient tenues à la disposition de la clientèle à partir de 15h00 et libérées à 12h00 lors du départ.

Si vous devez annuler, merci de prévenir dans les temps, en respectant les délais d'annulation.

Le fait de donner un numéro de carte bancaire engage le client envers l'hôtelier et implique son acceptation des conditions de vente.

Conformément à la loi informatique et liberté du 6 janvier 1978, les informations vous concernant resteront accessibles et modifiables.

III- Annulation

Vous pouvez annuler votre réservation sans frais jusqu'à 48h avant votre arrivée. Passé ce délai la première nuit vous sera facturée.

En cas de non présentation, la première nuit sera facturée également.

Pour toute réservation de groupe, le délai d'annulation sans frais est d'une semaine pour plus de 3 chambres annulées et de 48h pour moins de 3 chambres.

Les délais sont décomptés à partir de la date d'arrivée du client

IV - Extras

Tous les extras (téléphone, bar...) doivent être réglés sur place avant le départ.

Le petit-déjeuner est en supplément à 12€/jour/personne.

Le wifi est gratuit et illimité dans l'établissement.

A défaut de règlement de ces prestations, ces sommes seront directement débitées.

V - Assurances

L’hôtel sera dégagé de toutes obligations au cas où un événement de force majeure, ou de cas fortuit, surviendrait (grève, incendie, dégât des eaux, pandémie).

VI – Modalités de paiement

Le règlement des prestations se fera dès émission de la facture.

VII - Réclamations

Toute contestation ou réclamation doit être adressée à l'hôtel par lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception dans un délai maximum de 8 jours après le départ des clients.

Passé ce délai, aucune réclamation ne pourra être satisfaite.

Tout bagage laissé dans notre établissement sans information de retour et demande au préalable auprès de notre réception ne sera conservé que 24 heures.
