II - RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS 

Booking guarantee 

Reservations must be guaranteed at the time of booking by one of the following means: - Credit Card / Debit Card / Transfer / Or Cash 

According to the specific conditions of the reserved rates, a deposit of up to 100% of the amount of the reservation may be debited at the time of reservation. (See the specific booking conditions of the reserved rate). 

Giving a bank card number commits the customer to the hotelier and implies his acceptance of the conditions of sale. 

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, your information will remain accessible and modifiable. 

The Hôtel de Paris *** will pre-authorize the credit card before the arrival date.

Reservation of less than 3 rooms:

As part of a flexible rate, you can cancel your reservation for less than 3 rooms, free of charge up to 24 hours before your day of arrival. After this time the amount of the first night will be debited, the deposit will be acquired at the Hotel and the invoice will be sent to you.

For all other cases of non-flexible booking, the cancellation conditions will be those sent upon confirmation.

If you have benefited from a special offer, your reservation is non-cancellable and non-refundable. However, you can contact us to see if we can change the dates up to 72 hours before the scheduled arrival. A price supplement may be applied to you depending on the desired dates.

Booking of more than 3 rooms:

For any group reservation, from 3 reserved rooms, based on a flexible offer, the cancellation deadline free of charge is:

- 72 hours for less than 3 bedrooms,

- a week between 3 and 5 bedrooms,

- two weeks between 5 and 10 canceled rooms,

- one month between 10 and 15 rooms.

- two months for more than 15 canceled rooms, the deposit will not however be refunded.

For any group of more than 10 rooms, 30% of the deposit will be requested upon booking and will not be refunded, 50% of the amount of the reservation one month before and the remaining 20% ​​no later than the day of the arrival will be required.

 

The deadlines are counted from the day of the customer's arrival.

Room availability

The allocation of specific rooms cannot be guaranteed. The reserved rooms are available to the client from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. The rooms must be vacated by 12:00 no later than the day of departure.

We thank you for informing the hotel in case of arrival before 3 p.m. or after 6 p.m. Beyond this time, 6 p.m., without any news from you, the hotel reserves the right to vacate your room if your reservation is not guaranteed. An additional charge of up to 100% of the price of the reserved room may be applied for late check-out, except by prior arrangement with reception.

If you wish to keep your room later, please note that “Day Use” and “Late Check out” rates may be offered to you depending on availability.

Only adults can rent a room, any minor must be under the supervision of a responsible adult, present throughout the stay. No minor can stay or move around alone within the hotel.

The Hotel is a completely non-smoking area, even with the windows open. A space in the inner courtyard has been created for this purpose. The customer will be held responsible for direct and / or indirect, consequential damages resulting from the act of smoking and vaping in the Hotel. He will therefore be liable for the full amount of the costs of cleaning and restoring the damaged item or space to its original condition. The general ban on smoking in Hotels and restaurants has been applicable, in France, since 2/01/2008 in all public places, namely the entire Hotel when it specifically mentions that it is entirely non-smoking.

Any offender is liable to a penalty of 500 € which will be taken directly from the credit card given as a guarantee (loss of turnover due to the inability for the hotelier to re-let the room over several nights following the departure of the customer smoker / compulsory cleaning of all fabrics / shampooing of the carpet / washing of the walls, curtains).

For safety reasons and for the respect of everyone, it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the entire hotel. In accordance with Decree No. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006 setting the conditions for the application of the smoking ban in places designated for collective use, smoking in the hotel exposes you to additional invoicing or legal proceedings. Any untimely triggering of the fire alarm for non-compliance with this provision will be charged € 150 for the cost of putting the fire safety system back into service.We thank you for informing the hotel in case of arrival before 3 p.m. or after 6 p.m. Beyond this time, 6 p.m., without any news from you, the hotel reserves the right to vacate your room if your reservation is not guaranteed.

The Customer is responsible for all damage caused by him (himself or one of the people for whom he has booked a stay in the Hotel), and undertakes, in the event of degradation of the premises. its disposal, to bear the cost of restoring said premises.

Loud noise, even during the day, is prohibited. The customer causing disorder or scandal in any form whatsoever, will be asked to leave the hotel immediately and without refund of his stay. In the interest of the tranquility of the establishment, all noise should cease between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.

Please respect the rest of other customers, by closing your doors without slamming them, by calling in your room and not in the hallway and by being kind by avoiding making noise, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Any neighborhood noise related to the behavior of a person under his responsibility, may lead the hotelier to invite the customer to leave the establishment without the need to take acoustic measurements, since the noise generated is likely to affect the tranquility of customers (art. R.1334-30 and R; 1334-31 of the Public Health Code). The noise requiring the reimbursement of customers who have suffered the inconvenience will be charged to the credit card of the noise.

A hotel room is a place of rest. Any trade is strictly prohibited there.

For the same reasons, visits may take place in the lounge or bar but not in the bedrooms. We thank you for not exceeding the number of people allowed in your room for security reasons.

Prices

The prices are indicated in Euros and include VAT, except in the case of specific mention at the time of booking.

Rates are per room for the number of people indicated and according to the period selected.

The prices mentioned on the Site and at Reception are subject to change at any time by the Hotel without prior information or notice. Only the price indicated in the reservation confirmation by the Company is contractual.

Price changes will not be applied to reservations already registered, except in the event of a change in legal taxes.

The prices indicated only include the services strictly mentioned in the reservation. Additional services provided by the hotelier during the stay and, where applicable, tourist tax, will be added to the price mentioned in the reservation.

Depending on the offer chosen, breakfast will be extra if you have not taken the "Breakfast included" or "Stopover" package.

III - MEANS OF PAYMENT

 

Guarantee

All reservations require a guarantee or deposit. Guaranteed bookings are maintained until 12 noon the day after the scheduled day of arrival. The Hotel will ask the Customer, upon arrival, to pay a security deposit or to authorize the debit of his bank card, in order to guarantee the payment of the sums corresponding to the services consumed on site.

The Customer will then communicate his bank details, specifying the name of the bank card, the number of the bank card, the validity date (the bank card must be valid until the end of the stay) and the cryptogram.

The Customer will be asked to present an identity document as part of the procedures to prevent fraud against bank cards, as well as the card used for the reservation.

 

a - Credit card

A valid credit card with the guest's name must be presented upon arrival, along with identification. A pre-authorization of the total amount of the reservation will be taken on arrival. The hotel reserves the right to take the necessary additional pre-authorizations.

 

b - Debit card

A valid debit card with the client's name must be presented upon arrival, along with identification. Payment of the full amount of the reservation will be made upon arrival. Payment for all additional expenses must be made prior to departure.

 

c - Cash

d - Bank transfer

The transfer must be received in the bank account 24 hours before arrival. A credit or debit card will be requested upon arrival to cover additional expenses, as well as an identity card. A pre-authorization will be carried out.

 

Payments accepted: cash, checks, holiday vouchers, American Express, Visa, Euro / Mastercard, Carte Bleue, Transfer, JCB.

For companies, we set up agreements with the possibility of deferred payment by check or bank transfer.

Default of payment: In the absence of payment by the contractual deadline, late payment penalties will be due the day after the due date of the invoice at the rate of 15% per year, applied to the total amount including tax of the invoice. In addition, a lump sum indemnity amounting to € 40 excluding tax per debt will be payable the day after the due date of the invoice to which will be added an additional indemnity making it possible to cover all the costs incurred in the event of litigation recovery. . It is recalled here that any payment made after 60 days from the date of issue of the invoice is legally considered to be an abusive practice and penally punished. In addition, any failure to pay on the contractual due date will immediately make all of the outstanding debts due by the Customer payable in respect of invoices issued by the Hotel due, and will result in the modification of the terms of payment, namely the Customer will have to prepay any new reservation request until full payment of the debts due to the Hotel.

 

IV - EXTRAS

All extras (telephone, bar, breakfast ...) must be paid for on site before departure. The Hôtel de Paris *** reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card in order to cover these costs. In the absence of payment for these services, these sums will be directly debited.

The wifi is free and unlimited in the establishment.

 

V - INSURANCE

The hotel will be released from all obligations in the event that an event of force majeure or fortuitous event occurs (strike, fire, water damage).

VII - COMPLAINTS

Any dispute or complaint must be sent to the hotel by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within a maximum of 8 days after the departure of the customers.

After this period, no complaint can be satisfied.

Any luggage left in our establishment without return information and requested in advance at our reception will only be kept for 24 hours and invoiced.

VIII - FORCE MAJEURE
