General cancellation terms

Payment methods accepted: cash, cheque, French “chèques Vacances”, American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, “Carte Bleue”.

For business clients, arrangements can be made for deferred payment by cheque or bank transfer. 

L'Hôtel de Paris *** reserves the right to carry out the pre-authorization of a credit card before the date of arrival.

Tourist tax per person and per day: 1.65 €

Pets are admitted upon payment of a supplement.

In the case of late cancellation, late change of a booking, or a no-show, 100% of the first night’s room charge will be due.

In the case of cancellation or modification up to 2 days before the planned arrival date, the hotel reserves the right to charge up to 30% of the sum.

General terms and conditions

I – Tariffs All tariffs shown are per night. Tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.

Breakfast is charged extra, at a rate of 11€ per person, per day.

Room rental is from 12 noon to 12 noon.

II – Booking confirmation

To confirm your booking, we will need to know the number and the expiry date of your credit card.

No money will be debited at the time of booking; payment is to be made in person at the hotel desk.

Please let the hotel know if you are likely to arrive after 19h.

Usual practice in hotels is that rooms are made available to guests from 15h on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 12h on the day of departure.

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in good time and respect the notice period for cancellations.

By giving us your bank card number, you undertake to honour your booking and you implicitly accept the terms and conditions of sale.

In accordance with the “electronic data and freedom of information” law of 6th January 1978, you have the right to access and modify any information we hold about you.

III- Cancellation

You can cancel your booking without charge up to 48h before your arrival. After that time, the first night’s room charge will be due.

The first night’s room charge will also be due in the event of a no-show.

Group bookings may be cancelled without charge up to a week beforehand where more than 3 rooms are concerned by the cancellation, and up to 48h beforehand where less than 3 rooms are concerned.

The notice periods are calculated in relation to the client’s planned arrival date.

IV - Extras

The cost of all extras (telephone, bar...) must be settled at the hotel desk before you leave.

Breakfast is charged at an extra 11€ per person, per day.

Free, unlimited Wi-Fi is available on the premises.

If you fail to settle any of the above costs, all amounts due will be debited automatically.

V - Insurance

The hotel will not be responsible for the consequences of events outside of its control that may occur (strikes, fire, flood).

VI – Payment methods

The payment of charges due must be made immediately upon presentation of the invoice.

VII - Complaints

Any protest or complaint should be made by registered letter with proof of delivery, addressed to the hotel within a maximum of 8 days following the clients’ departure.

Any complaint made after this time will not be taken into consideration.

Any luggage left on the premises will be kept for 24 hours only, unless the client has made prior arrangements with the hotel’s reception desk or has given instructions for the luggage to be returned.
